It’s no secret we love a good game! From backyard shenanigans to the demi-gods of the Australian Open, our passion is sport. For every tennis court we install, we’re equally happy when we’re installing pickleball courts, basketball courts or netball courts – anything that gets folk out and playing sport. But the court that we know will get entire communities humming is the multi-sport court, the all-rounder rockstar that beats to the drum of every user!
The Power of the Multi-Sport Court
Whether it’s a hardcourt or a specialist synthetic ‘grass’ court, our multi-sport courts are being installed up and down New Zealand, in private homes, across community facilities and within schools.
The students of Rangi Ruru Girls’ School in Christchurch began the school year with newly installed Prestige Sports Surfaces multi-sport netball and tennis courts, as did Auckland Diocesan School for Girls. Already the courts have been teeming with tennis players, but it won’t be long before the tennis nets are switched out for netball hoops, making these multi-sport courts a valuable resource 365 days of the year.
When you bleed your school colours, like the students at Christchurch Boys’ High School do, there’s little doubt their pride soared when the school year started. Not only did we install three end-to-end basketball and tennis hardcourts over the Christmas holidays, but they’re in the school colours of blue and black!
